Through partnerships and collaborations, we have provided vital assistance to families in need. Our HUD-funded Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing grants have made a tangible impact in St. Helena and Tangipahoa parishes, along with the Emergency Shelter Grant for the City of Hammond. Additionally, our collaboration with the Florida Parish Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster (FPVOAD) has allowed us to extend our support to clients affected by Hurricane Isaac in Livingston and St. John the Baptist Parishes.

Under the visionary leadership of our Co-Founder and Executive Director, Toni Jackson, B.R.A.C.E.S. has successfully implemented services such as case management, temporary shelter, utility payment assistance, homeless prevention, USDA-approved Home Buyer Education classes, financial literacy/capacity workshops, financial coaching, and disaster case management. Our expertise and success have led to invitations to share our strategies with organizations across Louisiana.
